The Shuka Truck is a food truck in New York City that serves the delicious shakshuka dish in various spots throughout the New York City boroughs. Many learning experiences arise when branding a company, this one specifically had a couple challenges. Firstly, there was the aspect of never experiencing the food that was the main staple of the truck - countless tastings were involved in "getting to know the product". Secondly, never having the opportunity to brand a food truck was enlightening and caused us to request the actual food truck to be moved to our location so we could measure, experiment and play with different options at the time of designing.
